Quick Media Converter (QMC) is a universal video converter that was specifically designed to convert video formats to other video formats, to do this we are using open source code from a software engine called FFMPEG using its own codec library and Player.
FFMPEG was initially developed by Mister Fabrice Bellard, a French man, without the work of this gentleman, this software would probably never exist. Thank you so much Mister Fabrice Bellardand all other contributors!
Our experience on the Web has showed us that many users were lost when they had to deal with video and audio conversion, many of the applications available to them, were most of the time, too complicated, too slow, too limited and too costly. We therefore decided to take that into account and we started developing with only one idea in mind, the application had to be free, versatile, fast and most of all very user friendly.
Most users are not computer or video engineers, they also pretty much need the same standard settings for converting and have no time to waste in experimentation when they need to convert a media.

ActiveSync is a data synchronization program developed by Microsoft for use with its Microsoft Windows line of operating systems. Originally released under the name "Handheld PC Explorer" in 1996, it provides users of Microsoft Windows a way to transport documents, calendars, contact lists and email between their desktop computer and a mobile device, such as a Handheld PC, mobile phone, or any other portable devices that support the ActiveSync protocol. ActiveSync is available as a free download from Microsoft's web site.
Activesync uses ActiveSync Exchange, a proprietary protocol, requiring other vendors to license the protocol to achieve compatibility.
ActiveSync also refers to a push messaging component first included with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
The desktop ActiveSync program allows a mobile device to be synchronized with either a desktop PC, or a server running Microsoft Exchange Server, PostPath Email and Collaboration Server, Critical Path Messaging Server, Kerio MailServer, Scalix, Zimbra or Z-push. Only Personal information manager (PIM) data (Email/Calendar/Contacts) may be synchronized with the Exchange Server. (Tasks may also be synchronized with Exchange Server on Windows Mobile 5.0 devices.) The PC synchronization option, however, allows PIM synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, along with Internet "favorites", files, and tasks, amongst other data types. Unfortunately ActiveSync doesn't support all features of Outlook. For instance, contacts grouped into subfolders aren't transferred. Only the contacts which are not in a subfolder are synchronized.
ActiveSync also provides for the manual transfer of files to a mobile device, along with limited backup/restore functionality, and the ability to install and uninstall mobile device applications.

Atmosphere Deluxe is designed to help mask noise, promote relaxation or even to replace an entire collection of natural sound CDs. You can listen to the soundscapes in realtime or use the inbuilt recorder to create your own relaxation / ambient sound CDs or MP3s using the sounds you find most pleasing. The soundscapes created are extremely authentic and if you have purchased a commercial license, you are free to sell your created recordings and use them in commercial projects.
There are over 50 soundscapes included which can be loaded with one click from the main interface. However the real beauty of Atmosphere Deluxe is the ability to customize these inbuilt soundscapes exactly to your liking, or create entirely new ones by adding individual sounds to a blank soundscape.
As an example, if you load the 'Oceans edge' scenario you will hear the sounds of waves lapping on the shore, plus a gentle fire crackling and distant crickets. If you prefer not to hear the fire crackling, this can be turned off so you only hear the waves and crickets. Alternatively you may wish to add a sound such as a gentle breeze blowing through the trees along with the waves and crickets. You can add as many or as few sounds as you wish to create your ideal soundscapes. The individual volume of each sound can also be adjusted to suit your taste. You may save as many soundscapes as you wish and they will be ready for quick recall at anytime.
Atmosphere Deluxe is not just an ambience program which plays back soundscapes. In its default state the soundscapes will not change over time - For example if you choose 'summer meadow' scenario and leave the soundscape playing, you will still be listening to a summer based soundscape in 30 minutes, or 3 hours. However, you can choose to have the soundscape evolve over time, just like in the natural world. In this case your summer meadow scenario may evolve into a gentle rainshower and back again, or perhaps into a summer thunderstorm. You can choose the likelyhood of the weather changing, and the severity of the weather effect and leave the soundscape running and Atmosphere Deluxe will randomize the weather according to your settings and adjust the soundscape gradually over time, just like real world weather. You can also choose to have a daytime based soundscape evolve gradually into an evening and night based soundscape, again the change will happen very gradually just like you were sitting outside listening to the sounds of the real world.
Although Atmosphere Deluxe comes with mainly relaxation and nature based soundscapes, it offers the ability to load in 16 additional background sounds and 32 random sounds at any one time alongside the inbuilt sounds, so if you have your own sounds you may load these into the program and use them in exactly the same way as the inbuilt sounds. We have many free expansion sounds and scenarios available from the Atmosphere Deluxe section of our website which vary from additional nature / relaxation based soundscapes to more urban soundscapes such as cafes on leafy boulevards and busy cities, so if there is a soundscape or individual sound you'd particularly like that isn't included, the chances are it's available from our website as a free download. There is an import feature within the application to import the add-on expansion scenarios with one click. Once you are comfortable with setting up your own soundscapes, you may wish to share them with other users of the program by uploading them to our website using the scenario exporter.
Atmosphere Deluxe has two visual modes which you may wish to use. The first is slideshow mode which displays images which match the soundscape in the background. Google Earth lets users explore the planet, viewing satellite imagery, checking out maps and terrains, viewing 3D building representations in urban areas, and checking photo galleries, multimedia content and more.
The new 5.0 release now features 3D bathymetry -- you can explore the ocean floor. Depending on the 3D capabilities of your machine, you can even see wave motion on the surface of the water when you tilt your view. Previously, Google Earth sported a 2D relief map of major ocean features, but with 3D ocean view, you'll actually see 3D terrain underwater.
